中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁40例

To Explore the Chinese and Western Medicine Combine in Treatment of 40 Cases With Post Stroke Depression

目的观察中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例,治疗组予以电针配合舍曲林片口服,对照组予以舍曲林片口服,疗程结束后以抑郁症状的消失及抑郁评分作为评价标准。结果治疗组抑郁评分为(40.69±1.98)分,优于对照组的(48.69±2.06)分,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗卒中后抑郁症效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of post stroke depression. Methods Selected 40 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 20 cases. The treatment group was treated with EA combined with sertraline tablets, patients in control group were given oral sertraline tablets, the end of treatment after to depressive symptoms disappeared and depression scores as evaluation criteria. Results The score of depression in the treatment group was （40.69±1.98） scores, which was better than the control group （48.69±2.06） scores, P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conelusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine treatment of stroke depression effect is remarkable.
