摘要
目的：评价缺铁性贫血（IDA）的临床护理评估及护理方法效果。方法对50例缺铁性贫血患者的临床护理方法资料进行分析。结果经临床4～6W治疗，显效47例，有效2例，无效1例，总有效率98%。结论通过临床治疗及护理使患者能建立合理的饮食结构，补充机体的营养需要；患者能耐受一般的活动，生活自理；帮助患者了解疾病的相关知识和营养学知识。
Objective To evaluate nursing effects of iron deifciency anemia （IDA） in clinical nursing assessment.Methods Selected 50 cases of clinical nursing data in patients with iron deifciency anemia were analyzed. ResultsThe clinical 4 to 6 weeks of treatment, 47 cases excellent, 2 cases effective, ineffective in 1 case, the total efifciency of 98%.Conclusion The clinical treatment and care so that patients can establish a reasonable diet, nutrition needs of the body, the patient can tolerate the general activities of daily living, help patients understand the relevant knowledge and nutrition knowledge of the disease.
