摘要
目的分析研究老年人胆囊癌围手术期护理效果。方法选取40例实施手术治疗胆囊癌患者,评价围术期实施护理效果。结果40例老年胆囊癌患者中36例患者病情得到有效控制,3例治疗后病情无改善,围术期死亡1例。结论老年人胆囊癌患者手术风险大,再加上合并多种慢性疾病,实施围术期护理干预,改善症状效果显著。
Objective To study the effect of perioperative nursing for the elderly patients with gallbladder carcinoma.Methods Selected 40 cases of patients with gallbladder carcinoma were studied and analyzed, and the effect of nursing was evaluated. Results 40 cases of elderly patients with gallbladder cancer, there were 36 cases of patients with effective control, 3 cases of patients with no improvement, 1 cases of perioperative death.ConclusionElderly patients with gallbladder cancer surgery risk, combined with a variety of chronic diseases, the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention, improve the symptoms of a signiifcant effect.
