心内科总住院患者常见跌倒原因及护理措施

The Causes and Nursing Measures of Common Causes of Falls in Patients in Department of Cardiology

目的：观察分析心内科总住院患者常见跌倒原因及护理措施。方法选取我院2012年6月～2014年10月收治的48例心内科住院患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组与观察组，各24例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用针对性护理，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果引起患者常见跌倒原因为药物、疾病、环境及护理因素；经护理后，观察组患者的跌倒发生率及护理满意度均优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对心内科住院患者正确分析跌倒原因，并给予针对性护理，可有效降低跌倒发生率。

Objective To observe the analysis of the fall in the heart total hospitalized patients with common causes and nursing measures.Methods Selected 48 cases of hospitalized patients with heart medicine from June 2012 to October 2014 as the research object, were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 24 cases. The control group given conventional nursing, the observation group in the control group on the basis of application of targeted nursing, compared the nursing effect of two groups of patients.Results The cause for the fall in the patients with common drugs, diseases, environmental factors and nursing, After nursing, the observation group of patients the incidence of falls and nursing satisfaction were better than the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Correct analysis fall in patients with heart was in the hospital with reason, and give corresponding nursing, which can effectively reduce the incidence of falls.
