细节优化护理在促进初产妇产后母乳喂养及康复中的应用效果观察

Observation Application Effect of Detail Optimizing Nursing of Promote primipara Breast Feeding After Postpartum and Recovery

目的：观察细节优化护理在促进初产妇产后母乳喂养及产后康复中的应用效果。方法选取我院2012年3月～2014年5月我院收治的初产妇95例，按随机数字表法分为对照组47例、观察组48例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上采用细节优化护理，观察两组产妇产后母乳喂养情况、乳汁分泌情况、产后感染情况、产后疼痛情况。结果观察组产妇产后母乳喂养率为75.00%，高于对照组的48.94%，且观察组乳汁分泌优良率为93.75%，高于对照组的80.85%；在产后疼痛及产后感染情况方面，观察组效果优于对照组、感染率低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论对初产妇实施细节优化护理，能有效促进产妇产后母乳喂养及康复。

Objective To observe the details of the optimization effect of nursing in promoting breastfeeding and postpartum rehabilitation in primiparas. Methods Selected 95 cases with primipara from March 2012 to May 2014 in our hospital were divided into the control group （47 cases） and observation group （48 cases）. according to the randomly number table method, the control group was given routine nursing, the observation group in the control group based on the details of the optimization of nursing observed two groups of postpartum breastfeeding, milk secretion, postpartum infection, postpartum pain.Results In the observation group, maternal postpartum breast feeding rate was 75.00% higher than the control group and 48.94%, and the observation group milk secretion and the excellent and good rate was 93.75%, higher than the control group 80.85%. In pain after delivery and postpartum infection observed group were better than the control group, the infection rate was lower than the control＆amp;nbsp;group, compared two groups of data,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion The implementation details of the early maternal care, can effectively promote maternal postpartum breast feeding and rehabilitation.
