探讨舒适护理在肺结核咳血患者护理中的临床应用

To Explore the Clinical Application of Comfortable Nursing in Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis Hemoptysis

目的：探讨肺结核咳血患者接受舒适护理的临床效果。方法根据2013年1月～2014年5月我院接收的80例肺结核患者来进行探讨分析，将患者分成对照组和实验组，各40例。对照组使用传统护理，为患者进行生命体征监测；实验组使用舒适护理，增加心理护理、环境护理等内容，两组患者均持续治疗2个疗程共4W。对比分析对照组和实验组的SAS评分、舒适度、满意度等指标。结果治疗后两组患者焦虑评分均下降，且实验组（39.12±1.32）分较对照组（49.13±1.67）分下降，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；治疗后舒适满意度比较，实验组90%优于对照组72.5%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论舒适护理可以让患者的焦虑情绪得到缓解，使咳血症状得到改善，提升生活质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis patients received comfort nursing care.Methods Selected 80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis from January 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were analyzed, were divided into the control group and the experimental group, each grop had 40 cases. The control group used the traditional nursing care for patients with vital signs monitoring, continuous treatment for two weeks, the experimental group used comfort care, psychological care, environmental care and other content, continuous treatment of two courses. SAS score, comfort, satisfaction and other indicators were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results The scores of anxiety in the two groups were decreased, and the experimental group （ 39.12±1.32 ） score was lower than the control group （ 49.13±1.67 ）,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, the experimental group 90% was better than the control group 72.5%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Comfortable nursing can allow to ease the anxiety of patients and make patients with hemoptysis symptoms improved, the patient＇s quality of life to the huge promotion effect.
