摘要
PDCA系统是一套广泛用于质量管理的标准化、科学化循环体系,由美国著名统计质量管理专家戴明提出,可分为4个阶段:计划→实施→检查→总结处理。近几年来,该系统在我国各大医疗机构当中的应用是越来越广泛,且其应用的效果也相当的乐观。对此,本文将针对PDCA系统,对其在我院"优质护理服务示范工程"中的应用作出深入的剖析。
PDCA system was a widely used in scientiifc and standardized quality management of circulation system, put forward by american famous statistical quality management expert deming, were divided into four stages, including plan to implement - inspection, summarizes the treatment. In recent years, the system in our country each big medical institutions of the application is more and more widely and its application effect is also quite optimistic. To this, this article will focus on PDCA system, it’s in our hospital, the application of ＂high quality nursing service demonstration project＂ to make an in-depth analysis.
