逆行腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣在修复小腿中下段软组织缺损中的临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的总结逆行腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣修复小腿中下段软组织缺损的技术要点及临床疗效。方法选择2011年10月至2014年8月入住北京水利医院的7例小腿中下部软组织缺损患者。3例为开放性胫、腓骨骨折,2例为开放性胫骨骨折,2例为胫骨骨髓炎。采用逆行腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣和植皮术修复小腿中下部软组织缺损,术后观察肌瓣成活情况、植皮成活情况、感染、手术并发症,计算创面愈合时间、外观满意度。结果 7例患者随访时间为(16.1±10.3)个月,肌瓣及植皮均成活,仅1例肌瓣远端少量组织坏死,经换药愈合。术后创面及深部组织无感染。创面愈合时间为(15.9±4.9)d。患者术后对患肢外观的主观满意度为非常满意1例,满意3例,基本满意2例,不满意1例。患者术后均无明显并发症。结论逆行腓肠肌内侧头肌瓣移植是修复小腿中下段软组织缺损的有效方法。
