音乐疗法在烧伤临床中应用的研究进展

探讨音乐疗法在烧伤临床中的应用。应用网上数据库中国知网检索关于音乐疗法用于烧伤领域的文章,然后对所检索的文章进行阅读、分析、整理。目前音乐疗法能够减轻烧伤患者换药疼痛,缩短烧伤后创面愈合时间,缓解烧伤患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,在康复训练中提高患者康复的疗效。音乐疗法对辅助治疗烧伤引起的疼痛和改善心理异常状态有着重要的现实意义。

To study the implementation of music therapy in the process of burn clinical. The authors apply intemet database to search related articles in music therapy field on CNKI, and then to read, analyze and sort them. The music therapy can relieve medicine dressing pain, shorten the burn area healing duration and reduce patient＇s anxiety and depression mood, so that it can improve the rehabilitation effect of patients in recovery training. Music therapy has important significance in healing body pains and psychological problems caused by burn.
