摘要
矿物药的现代研究起步较晚,研究基础薄弱,进展相对缓慢。对矿物药的深入研究,现代技术的应用是不可缺少的手段。本文对国内外近30年的相关文献进行了较为全面地归纳总结。其主要研究手段包括显微镜技术、热分析技术、X射线衍射技术、光谱技术、电感耦合等离子体-质谱技术等,研究的内容主要包括矿种鉴定、成分分析、安全性评价、质量控制等。现代技术的发展为矿物药的深入研究增添了新途径。
The research of mineral Chinese medicine started late,the research foundation is weak and the progress is relatively slow. The application of modern technology is an indispensable means of in-depth study of mineral Chinese medicine. In this paper,related research are summarized based on domestic and foreign literature in recent 30 years. Research methods include microscopy,thermal analysis,x-ray diffraction,spectroscopy,inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry and so on. The main contents of the study include mineral identification, component analysis, safety evaluation, quality control etc.. The development of modern technology has added a new approach to the study of mineral Chinese medicine.
