摘要
含矿物类中药外用制剂临床应用历史悠久、疗效显著,但有关其药效学和毒理学的研究长期以来未能得到足够重视。近年来,中药制剂的安全性问题越来越受到关注,本文对含矿物类中药外用制剂的药理毒理作用进行综述,以期为该类制剂的深入研究和临床安全有效用药提供参考。
The clinical application of external preparation containing mineral Chinese medicine has a long history. Also,their curative effect is distinct. However,pharmacodynamic and toxicological studies on the preparation have long been ignored. Lately,the safety of traditional Chinese medicine preparation has aroused wide concern. In this paper,we reviewed the pharmacological and toxicological effects of the preparation to provide references for further study and rational use of them.
