摘要
做好大米加工过程中的质量控制点的设置与管理,是大米加工企业的工作重点。在分析影响大米加工质量因素的基础上,提出了稻米加工过程中的稻谷接收、原粮储存、加工过程监管、成品检验与成品储存等关键控制点的设置与管理问题。
To do well in setting and management of quality control point during processing rice is a priority for rice processing enterprises.This paper analyzed the factors affecting the processing quality of rice,based on that,this paper proposed the settings and management related to the purchase and reception of rice,raw cereal storage,supervision on processing,finished product inspection and storage and other critical control points.
