摘要
加工精度是衡量数控机床性能的一项重要指标。由于各种因素的影响,数控加工过程中不可避免会有各种误差产生。从减小误差根源及采用误差补偿两方面分析了可行有效的提高数控机床加工精度的途径。
Machining accuracy is an important indicator to measure the performance of NC machine tools.Impacted by various factors,there would inevitably be a variety of errors in the NC machining process.This paper mainly started from the reduction of error sources and the adpotion of error compensation and analyzed the practical and effective methods to improve the machining accuracy of nc machine tools.
