摘要
机械制造时,操作者能否确保零件的制造误差在公差范围内,装配能否按照配合代号要求进行,既是产品质量要求,又是互换性、经济性要求。因此公差配合是机械设计与机械制造中首先考虑的问题之一,也是机械工程师必备的技术技能之一。
In the process of Machinery manufacturing,the operators shall be able to assure that the manufacturing errors of parts are within the tolerance range and the assembly shall go on in accordance with fitting codes.It is not only a demand on quality,but also a demand on interchangeability and economy.As a result,tolerance fits was one of the problems which shall be taken into account first during machinery design and machinery manufacturing,and it is also a necessary skills for mechanical engineers.
