打造高校"企业预备役",有效实现企业用人战略储备与学校人才专业技能培养的双重目标。大学在校四年,如果从大一开始就建立在校理论学习与企业实习的工学交替的教学模式,让学生参与"企业预备役"工程。通过学长制的交替,在实习环节上实现老生带新生,能够更好的实现学生技能、经验的传递,缩短学生由校入企的适应期。通过选择大型国有企业、外资企业进行"企业预备役"工程合作试点,特别是在旅游、制造、建筑、计算机等专业领域的推广性,有效的证明了高校"企业预备役"的正确性。

To build up “enterprise reservation”project in colleges and universities is a effective way to achieve enterprises＆#39; strategic reserves for employment and the cultivation of professional skills for component personnel in colleges and universities.During the fours in colleges and universities,if it is possible to build up a teaching mode where it is possible for students to learn theory in colleges and universities and work in enterprises,and involve the students in“enterprise reservation”project and achieve the instruction of senior students for the freshman through the alternation of perfect system since the students are freshmen,namely a teaching mode alternating learning and working,it would be possible to achieve the better inheritance of skills and experience from students to students and shorten time for students to adapt themselves to the change from colleges or universities to enterprises.The selection of state-owned enterprises and overseas-funded enterprises as the cooperative trials for “enterprise reservation” project and the promotion in tourism,manufacturing,architecture,computer and other professional fields especially show the correctness of“enterprise reservation” project.
