随着我国经济的迅速发展,建筑行业取得了飞速发展,并逐渐向现代化企业发展模式转变。然而,有很多建筑型企业尚未树立建筑工程管理理念,这阻碍了效益和发展目标的实现。项目管理法作为管理学的一个重要分支,应用于建筑工程管理时可以有效促进建筑工程管理效率的提高和经济效益的增长,实现战略发展目标的顺利完成。在建筑工程中探析项目管理法的应用,对于建筑工程的有效管理有着重要的现实意义。

With the rapid development of China＆#39;s economy,the construction industry has made great progress,and gradually develops toward the modern enterprise.However,there are still a lot of construction engineering enterprises which have not established management concepts for construction engineering,which hinders the achievement of benefits and development goals.To apply project management method which is an important branch of management,to the management of construction engineering can effectively promote the improvement of construction management efficiency and economic benefits,the smooth realization of the strategic development objectives.This paper analyzed the application project management method in construction engineering,it was believed that it is of great practical significance to the effective management of construction engineering.
