基于创造角色认同的高校创新氛围对教师创造性的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 教师创造性是个体所具备的各种特质与外界环境相互作用的产物,高校创新氛围对教师的创造力有着重大影响。通过对不同类型高校的376名教师的调查结果显示:组织创新氛围对高校教师创造性有明显的促进作用,教师创造角色认同起到完全中介作用,而组织对创造性的认可和支持对组织创新氛围和教师创造性的关系无调节作用。在研究结果基础上,构建了"高校创新氛围→创造角色认同→教师创造性"这一教师创造性预测和培养模型,有助于教师创造力和创新绩效的提升。 Teachers' creativity is the product of the interaction between the qualities they had and the environment around them, so the innovative atmosphere at university has a very vital effect on the teachers' creativity. Accord- ing to the investigation on 376 teachers from different types of universities, establishing innovative atmosphere can obviously facilitate teachers' creativity, and teachers' creative role identity fully plays an intermediary part while setting up the recognition and support of creativity have no regulating effect on the relation between innovative at- mosphere and teachers' creativity. On the basis of the result, this research builds the mode--university innovative atmosphere-creating role identity-teachers' creativity--to predict and develop teachers' creativity, which is in fa- vor of improving teachers' creativity and achievements.
