摘要
四川石化乙烯装置于2014年2月开车,3月4日产品合格,实现了1次投料开车成功。介绍了分离及压缩系统外接乙烯、丙烯倒开车,裂解气压缩机氮气开车预冷,天然气预冷开车。总结归纳了开车过程中裂解炉系统、急冷系统、压缩系统和制冷分离系统出现的问题,通过分析原因,制定了相应的解决方法。
The ethylene plant at Petro China Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. was put into operation in February 2014 and obtained onspec products on March 4th,achieving successful startup on the first try. This article introduces the reverse of the startup sequence for the separation and compression systems by introducing ethylene and propylene,the nitrogen pre-cooling and natural gas pre-cooling of cracking gas compressor before startup,and summarizes the problems of cracking furnace system, quench system, compression system and refrigeration separation system during startup. By analyzing the reasons for the problems,some corresponding solutions are put forward.
