浅谈国产化武汉乙烯分离技术

摘要 武汉800 kt/a乙烯装置作为中国首套全面采用自有技术的百万吨级乙烯装置,标志着中国石化的乙烯成套技术步入产业化。采用了中国石化自主开发的低能耗乙烯分离(LECT)技术,对LECT技术的总体设计思路、主流程、主要的工艺研究内容进行了分析说明,简要介绍了装置开车运行及性能考核,装置运行状况表明了国产化分离技术的先进性和可靠性。 As the first megaton ethylene plant in China using independent technology exclusively,the 800 kt / a ethylene plant in Wuhan marked the industrialization of Sinopec's complete technology of ethylene production. For the first time, the Low Energy Cost Technology( LECT) independently developed by Sinopec was industrially implemented in ethylene recovery system. This article analyzes the overall design principle,main process flow and process research content of LECT, and briefly introduces the startup and performance test of the ethylene plant. The operation proves that the independently developed LECT is advanced and reliable.
