摘要
武汉乙烯装置采用国产碳二前加氢催化剂BC-H-21B。针对装置运行中发生的飞温现象进行了分析,发现裂解气压缩CCS系统的设计、CO浓度对反应器的影响。通过优化裂解炉操作,优化碳二加氢反应器操作以及优化流程,成功消除了异常现象,使碳二加氢系统的运行趋于平稳。
C2front-end hydrogenation catalyst BC-H-21 B is used in the ethylene plant in Wuhan. This article analyzes the temperature runaway occurred in operation,and finds out the influences of the cracking gas compressor design and the CO concentration on the reactor. By optimizing the operation of cracking furnace, the operation of C2 hydrogenation reactor and the process flow,the abnormal phenomenon was successfully eliminated and the stable operation of C2 hydrogenation system was achieved.
