摘要
催化回炼油芳烃含量较高,粘度低,凝固点低,利用催化回炼油富含芳烃的特点开发的乙烯裂解调质油,既满足乙烯调质油需要高芳烃低粘度的特点,又便于汽车的运输装卸。分析考察了催化回炼油的性质,对比了以其为原料调制的乙烯调质油与以糠醛抽出油为原料调制的乙烯调质油的性能指标,并考察了两者的热稳定性及与急冷油混合的热稳定性,结果证明以催化回炼油为原料调制的乙烯调质油各方面性能优于以糠醛抽出油为原料调制的乙烯调质油。
FCC recycle oil has high aromatics content,low viscosity and low freezing point. Ethylene modified oil made by using the aromatics-rich FCC recycle oil not only meets the requirements of high aromatics and low viscosity, but also facilitate the truck loading /unloading and transportation. This article analyzes the properties of FCC recycle oil,and compares the performance indicators of ethylene modified oil using FCC recycle oil as raw material and those of ethylene modified oil using furfural extract oil as raw material. The thermal stability of these two kinds of ethylene modified oil is compared,and the thermal stability of the mixtures of these ethylene modified oils and quench oil is compared. The results show that the performances of ethylene modified oil using FCC recycle oil as raw material are superior to those of ethylene modified oil using furfural extract oil as raw material.
