摘要 介绍了中国石油四川石化有限责任公司乙烯卸车装置的工艺、设计选型以及工艺操作方法。通过采取控制乙烯卸车加热器乙烯的出口温度和球罐置换乙烯的消耗量、解决乙烯球罐预冷和乙烯卸车屏蔽泵逆循环排气与槽车升压的问题,以及控制卸车液相乙烯温度等措施,实现了乙烯卸车的安全、稳定、长期运行。 This article introduces the technology, the design and selection,and the process operation method of the ethylene unloading unit at Petro China Sichuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. By controlling the ethylene temperature at the outlet of ethylene unloading heater and the consumption of ethylene replaced,solving the pre-cooling problem of ethylene sphere tank, the reverse circulation exhaust problem of ethylene unloading shielding pump and the pressure rise problem of tank car,and controlling the temperature of liquid ethylene during unloading, a safe, stable and long-term ethylene unloading was achieved.
