摘要
在炼化装置大型化的发展趋势下,反应-再生系统的大型化使其设备和管道布置难度增加。以国内某1 500 kt/a催化裂解制乙烯装置为例,介绍了其反应-再生系统单元的设备布置和主要管道的布置,并探讨了其中需要注意的问题。
With the increase in the capacity of refining and petrochemical units,the reaction regeneration system becomes larger and larger,bringing difficulties to the equipment layout and piping layout. Taking a 1. 5 Mt / a deep catalytic cracking unit for ethylene production in China for example,this paper introduces the equipment layout and piping layout of the reaction regeneration system, and discusses the key points and difficulties which need attention.
