浅谈裂解炉横跨管系统设计、施工及运行维护

摘要 介绍了乙烯装置裂解炉横跨管系统的组成、材质以及设计时的注意事项,并结合辐射段炉管的布置,对横跨管系统的布置提出了2种形式。同时对联箱的构成做了说明,介绍了与辐射段炉管型式有关的2种型式。针对横跨管系统的管架设置、型式、及其优缺点进行阐述。最后对联箱的就位、弹簧的安装及横跨管的安装顺序进行了探讨,并提出了施工要求。 The article introduces the composition and material of crossover system in ethylene cracking furnace as well as the points for attention in piping design of the cross-over system,and puts forward two types of layout for the cross-over system based on the arrangement of radiant coil. The composition of the cross-over head is explained,and two configurations related to the radial coil type are introduced.The design, type and advantages and disadvantages of the piping support of cross-over system are introduced. The positioning of crossover head,the installation of spring and the installation sequence of the cross-over are discussed,and some requirements are put forward for construction.
