摘要
乙烯装置裂解气压缩机入口压力可直接影响裂解炉反应产物分布,对装置经济效益产生影响。通过对石脑油(NAP)、加氢裂化尾油、液化气(LPG)、乙烷原料SPYRO模拟,改变裂解炉出口压力(COP),将裂解产物代入价格体系中,计算每吨原料裂解价值的变化,结果表明降低裂解反应压力后经济效益显著。
The cracking gas compressor inlet pressure directly influences the product distribution in cracking furnace and the economic benefits of the ethylene plant. By simulating the feedstock including naphtha( NAP),HVGO,liquefied petroleum gas( LPG)and ethane with SPYRO,the cracking furnace outlet pressure( COP)was changed. The pyrolysis product was introduced into the price system to calculate the change in cracking value per ton of feedstock,and the results showed that reducing the reaction pressure brought remarkable economic benefit.
