摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司兰州石化分公司460 kt/a乙烯装置裂解气压缩机运行过程中出现一段吸入压力过高、超高压蒸汽不足、压缩机结垢等问题,严重影响了裂解炉的运行周期、产品收率和装置的长周期运行。通过维持裂解炉第二急冷器的稳定运行来提高蒸汽品质,降低急冷水塔塔顶温度和合理调整段间返回量等方法来降低裂解气压缩机的一段吸入压力,以及通过降低段间温度和段间加注防护剂减少压缩机腐蚀等方法来稳定压缩机运行,延长压缩机的运行周期。
The cracking gas compressor of the 460 kt / a ethylene plant at Petro China Lanzhou Petrochemical Company had some problems,such as high suction pressure of the 1ststage,shortage of HPS and fouling,which had a strong impact on the operation cycle of furnace,the product yield,and the long-term operation of the ethylene plant.The SQE was optimized to improve the quality of steam,the overhead temperature of quench tower was reduced and the interstage reflux was reasonably adjusted to reduce the suction pressure of the 1st stage,and the interstage temperature was reduced and anti-fouling agent was injected to improve the long-term stable operation of the compressor,so as to prolong the operation cycle of the cracking gas compressor.
