润滑油压力引发汽轮机停机的原因分析 被引量:5

摘要 乙烯装置急冷油、急冷水、超高压锅炉给水泵作为乙烯装置的关键大机泵,润滑油系统的平稳运行直接关系到乙烯装置的平稳运行。在装置单机试车过程中发现:当润滑油系统中的辅助油泵切换到主油泵运行时,润滑油系统压力急速下降,从而引起机组联锁停机。通过对润滑油压力趋势进行分析,找出了润滑油压力低触发机组联锁的原因,并提出了润滑油系统的改造方案。对改造后的方案进行了多次运行试验,结果表明改造达到了预期效果。 The quench oil,quench water and ultra high pressure boiler pump are critical large pumps in ethylene plant, and the stable operation of the oil system directly influences the stable operation of the ethylene plant. When the auxiliary oil pump was switched off and the main oil pump was switched on during single commissioning, the pressure in lubricating oil system dropped rapidly and resulted in steam turbine tripping. By analyzing the pressure trend of lubricating oil,relevant reasons for these problems were found out, and some modification schemes were put forward for the lubricating oil system.Many running tests were made for the modified lubricating oil system,and the results indicated that desired effects were achieved.
