摘要
为加强铁路军运员队伍建设,阐述铁路军运员的主要任务及工作,针对铁路军运员队伍建设存在的问题,提出加强铁路军运员队伍建设几点建议,以提高铁路军事运输保障能力。
After introducing the main tasks for strengthening the construction of military railway transport escort team, the paper proposes some suggestions to solve the problems existing in the construction process, which can enhance the support capability of military railway transportation.
