摘要
分析基于信息系统体系作战战略投送能力的内涵特征,明确基于信息系统体系作战战略投送能力建设的目标,从构建联合高效的指挥管理体制、综合集约的投送力量体系、互联通畅的信息网络系统、配套衔接的装备设施体系4个方面,提出基于信息系统体系作战战略投送能力建设的主要措施。
Firstly, the characteristics of strategic projection capability based on information system are introduced. Then, the objective of constructing strategic projection capability based on information system is proposed. Finally, four measures are put forward for constructing strategic projection capability based on information system： establishing efficient command and management system, intensive projection power system, expedite information network system and supporting facilities system.
