摘要
柴油机排气后处理采用加装颗粒物过滤器(diesel particulate filter,DPF),是满足欧Ⅵ及以上排放法规的有效手段。但使用中当DPF堵塞或破损失效时,会对发动机性能以及排放造成严重影响。通过台架试验研究方法,研究DPF堵塞程度对发动机性能的影响以及不同破损程度对颗粒物过滤效率的影响,结果表明:随DPF堵塞程度的增加,柴油机性能总体上会出现恶化,但中高转速时影响程度降低;DPF对PM的过滤效率与DPF的不同破损程度密切相关,DPF的破损程度越大,过滤效率越低。
Using diesel particulate filter(DPF) in diesel emissions aftertreatment is an effective method to meet Europe VI and above emission regulations. However, DPF failure because of stoppage or breakage will seriously affect engine perform- ance and emissions. In this paper, the impacts of DPF plugging degree on engine performance and different DPF damage degree on particulate filtration efficiency are studied. The result shows that: The overall engine performance will be worse with the increase of DPF plugging degree, and the impact will be reduced at medium-high rotational speed; The particulate filtration efficiency is closely related to different DPF damage degrees, that is, the greater damage degree of DPF, the lower filtration efficiency.
