摘要
应急物资储备是否充足是保证应急救援工作成功与否的决定性因素,应急物资储备模式的研究尤为重要。运用模糊支持向量机的方法,对地震灾害所需应急物资的紧急程度进行等级划分,并运用层次分析法选择最紧急的物资储备模式。
Since the reserve of emergency materials determines the success of emergency rescue work, studying the reserve modes of emergency materials becomes particularly important. The paper determines the urgency degree of earthquake emer- gency materials based on fuzzy support vector machine (FSVM) , and chooses the most urgent materials reserve mode with analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method.
