摘要
目的通过现场试验研究,进一步验证酸性氧化电位水(AEOW)手卫生消毒效果,为临床选择良好的手消毒剂提供依据。方法随机选择2014年7月30-31日医院临床科室医护人员、保洁人员120名为受试者,以抽签的方式分为3组,对照组40名采用流动自来水六步洗手;AEOW组40名正确洗手+AEOW手卫生消毒,手消剂组40名正确洗手+速效手消剂手卫生消毒,分别于操作完毕1min后采样;3组进行消毒效果比较,同时在处理过程中观察皮肤反应。结果 AEOW组手卫生消毒效果符合原卫生部规定的消毒标准,与速效手消剂组比较差异无统计学意义,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且对照组与AEOW组未引起皮肤局部反应,而速效手消剂3名受试者48h内出现皮肤过敏、25名试验现场自述手部刺激性疼痛。结论 AEOW可替代速效手消剂进行手卫生消毒,达到良好的除菌效果,且经济、便利、无不良反应发生,可在临床广泛推广应用。
OBJECTIVE To further verify the efficacy of acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water (AEOW) for hygienic hand disinfection by field test so as to provide the basis for clinical selection of good hand disinfectants .METHODS Totally 120 medical staff and cleaning workers in the clinical departments were randomly selected as the subjects and were divided into three groups with 40 people in each group by drawing lots ,the control group ,the AEOW group and the hand disinfectant group .The control group followed the six steps of hand washing using flowing tap water ,the AEOW group followed the correct hand‐washing process using AEOW for hygienic hand disinfection , and the hand disinfectant group followed the correct hand‐washing process using the quick‐acting hand disinfectant for hygienic hand disinfection .Samples were taken at 1 min after the process to compare the disinfection effect in the three groups ,meanwhile ,skin reactions were observed during the process .RESULTS The effect of hand disin‐fection in the AEOW group met the disinfection criteria issued by the Ministry of Health ,and there was no signifi‐cant difference compared with the hand disinfectant group ,but significant compared with the control group (P〈0 . 01) .No local skin reactions were caused in the control group and the AEOW group ,however ,3 subjects had skin allergy within 48 hours and 25 described irritating hand pain in the hand disinfectant group .CONCLUSION AEOW can substitute hand disinfectant for hygienic hand disinfection and achieve good sterilizing effect which is economi‐cal and convenient without causing adverse reactions .It can be used widely in clinical application .
