含氟表面活性剂与EVA协同降凝研究 被引量:9

摘要 以聚氧乙烯全氟烷基醇醚和马来酸酐为原料合成了一种低聚物型含氟表面活性剂,用红外光谱对产品进行了表征,并对其性能进行了评价。实验结果表明,低聚物型含氟表面活性剂与EVA具有良好的协同降凝效果。将质量分数90%二甲苯、质量分数8%EVA、质量分数2%低聚物型含氟表面活性剂组成的降凝剂以1 000 mg/kg加入中海油某管输平台原油时,其反常点明显降低,凝点由35℃降至15℃。通过偏光显微镜观察蜡晶结晶形态发现,加入上述降凝剂后,蜡晶形态由未加剂的针状、片状转变为细小而均匀的球状,蜡晶颗粒的平均直径由10~20μm变为1~5μm。 An oligomeric fluorinated surfactant is prepared using raw material of perfluoroalkyl ethoxy alcohol ether and maleic anhydride,it is characterized by IR and its performance is evaluated. The results show that the oligomeric fluorinated surfactant has a good synergistic pour point reducing effect with EVA. When the pour point reducer of 1 000 mg composed of dimethylbenzene of 90%( mass fraction,the same below),EVA of 8%,and the oligomeric fluorinated surfactant of 2% is added into the crude oil of 1 kg from some platform pipeline of CNOOC,the pour point of the crude oil is reduced from 35 ℃ to 15 ℃. By observing the wax crystal morphology of the crude oil using polarizing microscope,it is found that after the pour point reducer is added,the wax crystal morphology is changed from original needle-shaped and flake-shaped into small and uniform spherical shape,and the average diameter of the paraffin crystalline particles is changed from 1 ~ 20 μm to 1 ~ 5 μm.
