摘要
目的观察4个不同产地的四叶参对缺乳大鼠模型泌乳量及血清催乳素(PRL)水平的影响,探讨其催乳机制。方法建立溴隐亭诱导的大鼠缺乳模型,检测4个不同产地的四叶参提取物对母鼠泌乳量及缺乳大鼠血清PRL水平的影响。结果与模型组大鼠比较,4个产地四叶参能提高溴隐亭缺乳大鼠泌乳量及血清PRL含量(P<0.01)。结论四叶参能提高产后缺乳模型大鼠的血清PRL水平,畅通泌乳通道,增加泌乳量。
Objective To observe the effect of Codonopsis lanceolata Radix from four origins on milk yield andprolactin (PRL) level in rats with puerperal hypogalactia and analyze the action mechanism. Methods The rat modelof puerperal hypogalactia was induced by bromocriptine. The effect of extract of Codonopsis lanceolata Radix fromfour origins on the milk yield and PRL level of maternal rats was determined. Results Compared with the animalsin model group, the milk yield and PRL level of rats with puerperal hypogalactia treated with extract of Codonopsislanceolata Radix from four different regions increased. Conclusion Codonopsis lanceolata Radix can unblock thelactation channel, increase milk yield and increase the PRL level in the rats with puerperal hypogalactia.
