摘要
目的建立坎地沙坦酯胶囊含量测定的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent SB-C18柱（4.6 mm×250mm,5μm）,以0.05 mol/L醋酸铵溶液-甲醇（22：78）为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为254 nm。结果线性范围为2.5-25μg/m L,r=0.9999（n=5）;平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.7%（n=9）。结论本法专属性强,准确、简便、快速。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Candesartan Cilexetil Capsules. MethodsThe HPLC system was consisted of an Agilent SB-C18 column （4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 pm） with the mixture of 0.05mol/L ammonium acetate solution - methanol （22：78） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and thedetection wavelength was 254 nm. Results The linear range was 2.5-25 μg/mL and the regression coefficient was0.9999 （n=5）. The recovery of this method was 100.3 %, with RSD of 0.7 % （n=9）. Conclusion The method can bespecific, accurate, simple and fast.Candesartan Cilexetil Capsules; determination; HPLC
