摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定妇保糖浆中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(17:83),流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长316 nm;柱温30℃。结果阿魏酸在0.01064-0.2128μg范围内进样量与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=9);平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为0.96%。结论本方法操作简便、准确、稳定性好,可作为妇保糖浆的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of ferulic acid in Fubao Syrup by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out with Hypersil Cls column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.085 % phosphoric acid solution ( 17:83 ) . The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was 316 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The content of ferulic acid was well linearly related to its peak area in range of 0.01064-0.2128 μg (r=0.9999, n=9). The average recovery of the method was 99.72 %, with RSD of 0.96 %. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate and stable, and can be used to control the quality of Fubao Syrup.
