摘要
针对直驱式离心泵机组的设计技术、制造技术、测试技术进行研究,并完成开发直驱式离心泵机组系列产品,形成相关的机组产品标准。机组产品的能效水平,与目前的非直驱式普通机组相比,提高10%以上,居国内领先地位,并达到国际先进水平。从电机本体的研究转向机组的研究,将电机与水泵作为一个整体来设计,做到电机和水泵之间结构和性能的真正一体化,加强泵体密封,是电机系统节能技术研究和产品开发的方向和必然趋势。
Through technology researching of design, manufacture and test, we developed series products and relevant unit standards. Compared with conventional units the, the efficiency levels increase ten percent. Thd direct- drive unts occupy a leading position at home, and reach the international advanced level. The research is turned from motor ontology to machine set, meaning integral design of motors and pumps. True integration of structure and performance will be achieved and the seal of pump body may be strengthed. It is the direction and inexorable trend of motor system energy conservation technology research and product development.
