摘要
为促进焊接技术智能化、网络化、信息化发展,以更加便捷的方式控制焊接过程并实时监测焊接工艺参数,保证焊接质量,提出了一种基于蓝牙4.0的焊接过程监控软件方案。系统采用自定义的焊接参数和命令通信协议,基于蓝牙4.0协议栈实现稳定可靠的无线数据传输,上位机软件结合VS2010提供的MFC平台,采用多线程设计方法,既满足了窗口界面对用户的响应,又使GMAW的焊接电流、电弧电压等参数得到及时处理,并利用SQL Server数据库实现工艺参数的保存、查询、分析等功能,为焊接质量的分析提供依据。经测试表明,该系统能够方便地对焊接过程进行控制,对焊接工艺的主要参数进行实时采集、监控和保存,且系统工作稳定。
In order to promote the development of intelligent, networked welding technology ,and implement the control of the process and real-time monitoring of welding parameters in a more convenient way,a kind of welding process monitoring system scheme based on Bluetooth 4.0 is put forward.The wireless data transmission is stable and reliable by custom welding parameter and command communication protocol and Bluetooth 4 protocol stack ,PC software is developed on VS2010 MFC platform, by using the multi thread design method,it can not only make windows meet the response to a user action,but also let the GMAW parameters such as current and voltage timely processed.Functions of save, query, analysis of process parameters are achieved by SQL Server database.According to the test results,the system can control the welding process conveniently,and the real-time data acquisition,monitoring and preservation of the main parameters of the welding process are achieved, the system is stable as well.
