摘要
采用炉中真空钎焊实现了5052/AA4004/5052铝合金复合板的有效连接,研究了600℃、610℃和620℃不同温度对焊缝微观组织和力学性能的影响。利用扫描电镜和万能拉伸试验机分析了不同连接温度的连接接头的微观组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,在610℃保温30 min,抗拉强度最高达73.5 MPa,抗拉强度随着温度的升高,呈先升高后降低的趋势。断口分析表明,随着保温温度的升高,接头断口呈现脆性断裂形貌。
5052/AA4004/5052 composite sheet of aluminum alloy is jointed by vacuum brazing.The influence of temperatures of 600℃ ,610℃ and 620℃ on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welds is studied.The joints in different temperatures are investigated for microstructure features ,chemical component analysis of welding material and mechanical properties by scanning electron microscopy and universal tensile testing machine.The results show that when keeping the temperature at 610 ℃ for 30 min, the maximum tensile strength of the joint is 73.5 MPa.The fractures analysis shows that the joint fracture appears brittle fracture morphology.
