摘要
采用搅拌摩擦焊实现了7050铝合金的焊接,通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜和万能试验机研究了焊接接头组织和性能。结果表明,铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接时,在相同焊接速度下,随着旋转速度的增加,熔核底部未焊透区域增加,熔核区平均晶粒尺寸增加。随着旋转速度与焊接速度比值增加,铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头抗拉强度降低。焊接速度20 mm/min-1,旋转速度200 mm/min-1时,接头抗拉强度达到最大值373 MPa。固溶处理后铝合金抗拉强度增加。
In this paper,7050 aluminum alloy was welded by friction stir welding.The microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied by metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope and universal testing machine.Under the same welding speed, with the increasing of rotational speed,lack of penetration at the bottom of the mohen nuclear area increased, and the average grain size of the melting nuclear area increased.With the ratio of rotation speed to welding speed ,the tensile strength of aluminum alloy friction stir welded joints decreased.The tensile strength obtained the maximum of 373 MPa at the welding speed of 20 r/rain and rotation speed of 200 r/min, and it increased after solution treatment.
