摘要
控氮不锈钢和镍基合金的材质性能优异,广泛应用于核电站内重要部件。通过分析讨论焊接工艺评定过程,详细阐述两种材质的焊接特性,并着重介绍了接头形式、焊材选择、焊接方法选择以及焊接参数设置,使用工艺评定试验来验证各项参数的合理性。在评定试件的破坏性试验过程中发现了镍基合金的焊接未熔合缺陷,经过对部件形状和工艺参数多方面分析后,找到缺陷产生的原因,针对性地调整工艺参数和操作方法,最终获得优质满意的焊缝。
Because of the excellent material properties, the nitrogen controlled stainless steel and nickel base alloy are widely applied to the important parts of nuclear power station.Through the exploration of the whole welding procedure qualification,the welding characteristics of two kinds of materials are elaborated, and the joint type, selection of welding material, selection of welding method and welding parameters setting are emphatically introduced.Procedure qualification test is used to verify the rationality of the various parameters.In the process of destructive test of test specimen, the welding incomplete fusion defect of nickel base alloy is discovered, and the causes is found out by analyzing the parts shape and various parameters.The high quality welds are obtained eventually by adjusting welding parameter and operating method.
