摘要
以红外光电二极管作为敏感元件,弹性体作为弹簧元件,并基于电磁反馈系统,设计研究了一种-90°^+90°大量程角度测量的倾角传感器.对弹性体结构部分进行了理论计算与有限元分析,电路部分采用差分放大与PID调节驱动.经过样机性能测试与标定,结果表明:传感器在不带电磁反馈的开环系统下非线性度为0.09591%,在带电磁反馈的闭环系统下非线性度可达0.0615%,并且闭环系统综合性能明显优于开环系统.
A large range tilt sensor for angle measurement with -90 degrees to +90 degrees is designed,which is based on closed-loop feedback electromagnetic system with infrared photodiode as sensing element and the elastic body as a spring element. Theoretical calculation and finite element analysis are used in elastomer structure part, and PID adjustment derive is used in circuit part along with differential amplifier. After prototype performance test and calibration, the test result shows that sensor nonlinearity in the open loop system without electromagnetic feedback is 0. 09591%, and nonlinearity in the closed-loop system with electromagnetic feedback is up to 0. 0615%. The closed-loop system overall performance is significantly better than the open-loop system.
