Technical Transformation of DSZ-80 Dedusting Humidifier

对马钢1、2号干熄焦环境除尘DSZ-80型加湿机工作原理进行了简要阐述,并就其不足进行了分析。同时通过对1、2号干熄焦环境除尘加湿机进行优化与技术改造,延长了加湿机使用寿命,减少扬尘及堵转现象,改善现场环境,满足国家环保要求。

The operation principle of the DSZ-80 dedusting humidifying machines at the No. 1 and No. 2 CDQ of MaSteel was briefly introduced and the shortcomings of the humidifiers were also analyzed. Through optimization and technical transformation of the dedusting humidifiers at the No. 1 and No. 2 coking CDQ systems, the service life of the humidifiers has been significantly prolonged, dusting and rotor locking accidents have been reduced and site environ- ment improved, meeting national environment protection requirement.
