芜湖新兴铸管2号高炉无计划长期停煤操作实践

摘要 芜湖新兴铸管2号高炉由于恶劣天气(暴雨),喷吹系统出现故障,煤粉无法正常喷吹,停煤140min。停煤后通过停氧减风降低冶炼强度、调整焦炭负荷等措施稳定炉况;喷吹系统正常后快速加风,恢复喷煤富氧,平稳过渡,没有对炉况造成大的波动,损失降至最低。 Due to bad weather (rainstorm), the pulverized coal injection (PCI) system of the No. 2 blast furnace of Wuhu Xinxing Ductile Iron Pipes suffered malfunction, causing pulverized coal unable to be normally injected and interrupted for 140 minutes. After interruption of coal injection, we stopped oxygen blowing and reduced air blast to lower smelting intensity, adjusted coke load to stabilize furnace condition and then rapidly enhanced air blast when the PCI resumed, in this way the production was smoothly transited without big fluctuation and the loss was control to minimum.
