Promoting Anti-Domestic Violence Legislation

为什么反家庭暴力法是—部重要去律？——写在全国人大常委会初次审议反家暴法（草案）之际

The concept of domestic violence was introduced to China during the UN （United Nation） Fourth World Conference on Women （held in Beijing in September 1995）. During the past two decades, China has drafted various laws in an effort to eradicate domestic violence. The Legislative Affairs Office of China＇s State Council （the central govenament＇s cabinet） in August 2015 submitted the draft law on anti-domestic violence to the NPC Standing Committee for examination and approval.
