摘要
I facilitated a program in Shanghai, for emerging Chinese women leaders from a cross section of industries, last week. In a discussion about some of the specific challenges women face in their respective organizations, common themes emerged, such as reaching glass ceilings; being overlooked for positions and opportunities; and, feeling unsure of how to adopt an authentic leadership style.
