摘要
拨叉类零件结构比较复杂,使用通用夹具装夹困难。根据车床拨叉镗孔工艺对定位及夹紧方案进行分析,采用Pro/E自顶向下的设计方法设计了镗孔的专用夹具。通过定位误差分析保证了镗孔的精度;通过夹紧力的计算保证了夹具夹紧的可靠性。该夹具操作简单方便,可降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。
The complex structure of fork parts is relatively complex, causing universal fixture clamping difficulties. Based onthe lathe fork boring process, an analysis of positioning and clamping plans is analyzed and a special boring clamp is designedwith a top-down design method of Pro/E. The bore precision is ensured through the analysis of positioning error and the reliability of the fixture clamping is ensured through the calculation of clamping force. This clamping tool features simple opera-tion, reduced labor intensity and increased production efficiency.
