新型BODIPY荧光染料的合成及光学性能研究

摘要 本文通过钯催化偶联反应,成功地将三异丙基硅基乙炔引入到BODIPY母体结构的3,5-位上,合成了一种新型的BODIPY荧光染料。通过核磁氢谱、红外光谱、质谱等表征手段对化合物进行了详细地结构表征,并通过紫外可见吸收和荧光光谱对其光学性能进行了研究。 In this article, a new BOD1PY-based fluorescent dye was synthesized by introduction of (tri- isopropylsilyl) acetylene to 3, 5-position of the BODIPY core under palladium-catalyzed Sonogashira coupling reaction condition. The structure of this compound was confirmed by ^1H NMR, Fourier transform in- frared (FT-IR) spectroscopies, mass spectrum, and its optical properties was then investigated by UV - vis absorption, photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies.
