基于关联主体视角的蔬菜质量安全研究述评

A Review Literature of the Vegetable Quality and Safety Research Based on the Perspective of stakeholders

蔬菜作为人们日常饮食中必不可少的一部分,其质量安全问题普遍受到了社会各界的关注和重视。蔬菜质量安全管理工作较为复杂,涉及众多的环节和利益关联主体,因此本文分别从蔬菜生产者、加工者、销售者、消费者、监管者的角度对国内外的蔬菜质量安全问题进行初步综述性分析,旨在较为系统和全面的梳理总结当前学术界的有关研究成果,进而对探寻控制和解决日益严峻的蔬菜质量安全问题的有效途径有所裨益。

The vegetable is an essential part of people's daily life,and its quality and safety problem is getting more and more attention of the whole society. The vegetable quality and safety management is complicated and involves many parts and stakeholders,so the article analyzes that the related researches at home and aboard from the view of the vegetable producer,processor,seller,consumer and regulator,in order to review and summary the current academic research results systematically and comprehensively,and helpful to explore effective ways to control and solve the vegetable quality and safety problems.
