摘要
利用光谱成分分析、磁性测量、金相分析、显微硬度分析对冷加工后产生磁性的304M2不锈钢拉拔丝进行了全面的分析。分析结果表明:产生磁性的根本原因是形变诱导发生相变产生了ε-马氏体,该ε-马氏体的晶体结构为体心立方结构,是溶碳饱和的铁素体结构,因此具备磁性。经过1050℃保温30 min的固溶处理后,304M2不锈钢拉拔丝的组织为奥氏体组织,磁性消失。
304M2 stainless steel drawing wire with magnetism resulting from cold processing has been analyzed completely by spectrum composition analysis, magnetic measurement, metallurgical analysis and micro-hardness analy- sis. The results showed that main reason of magnetism was ε-martensite by deformation leading to phase change, crystal structure of the ε-martensite was body-centred cubic structure and water-soluble carbon and saturated ferrite structure so that it owned magnetism. Structure of 304M2 stainless steel drawing wire was transformed to austenite and then magnetism disappeared after 1 050℃ insulation and 30 rain solid solution treatment.
